Interim Cleaning Details:

  • Confirmed scheduled cleaning will still be subjected to availability especially on high peak season.

  • We reserve to make additional charges for excesscive work required.

  • Cancellation needs a 48-hours’ notice to prevent extra charges.

  • If you're not going to be at home, please provide a list for the cleaners to know the prority areas

  • Please tidy up your personal belongings before the cleaners arrive for them not to incur excess working hours.

  • Please keep in mind that cleaners will effectively do their job if there is only one or two persons at home. We suggest tro schedule the cleaning while most of the people are out. We recommend for someone from the guest side to remain at home when the cleaning is being done for security purposes and tenant's peace of mind.

  • Kindly put your personal belongings away for the cleaners

  • If you're not in the property at the time of the cleaning schedule, then our cleaners will let themselves in thus giving us permission to do that as per the terms and conditions mentioned before 

  • If the property is not cleaned to an acceptable standard for your arrival, you should advise us within 2 hours of arrival and the issue will be resolved within 48 hours of being notified or as agreed.

  •  You will be charged the cleaning fee on departure and this will be deducted from your security deposit or credit card.

  •  Cacellation needs to have a 48 hours notice, you may request additional cleaning (at the minimum hourly rate) and linen changes ($44AUD per bed including towels).

  • For long-stay bookings (13 nights or more) the property will be cleaned (at the minimum hourly rate) and all linen changed (per bed fee) at an agreed time within each 14 day period to minimise disruption

  •  If a mid-stay clean is cancelled by a guest, we require 48 hours notice to avoid a minimum 3 hour call out fee or if a mid-term clean is required we require at least 2 working days notice to be able to roster and execute it.

  • Penalty rates apply when cleaning is required for a same day changeover on a public holiday or Sunday or if we are unable to attend to the property the next available non penalty rate day if we are unable to get to the property due to high workload.

  • Cleaning is supplied by an external company and if rates are adjusted these costs will be passed onto the guest.
