Schedule of Fees

We offer a wide range of services for guests to enjoy. We feel that it is best to be totally transparent about the fees and costs associated with our short-term accommodation rentals.

The total cost of your stay will vary dependant on what particular services you would like during your stay. Various fees and charges are also applied to your stay according to our terms and conditions. Certain fees and charges may be charged upfront or payments deducted after your stay, usually from the security deposit (just like you would expect if you were staying at a hotel).

These are some of the most common additional costs associated with your stay. A full schedule of fees is available on request.  If you have any questions or concerns, we warmly welcome you to contact us so we may explain these fees in detail.

All fees are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Booking Fee

Cleaning Fee*
A cleaning fee is charged on all bookings and varies depending on the property. For additional cleaning required either during your stay or on check-out, a four-hour minimum call out applies. Penalty rates apply when check-in/check-out occurs on public holidays or Sundays where we have guests exiting and arriving on the same day, or when we are unable to schedule a cleaner on non-penalty rate days due to volume of work.

* Pre-booked mid-stay cleaning is charged at $220 for apartments/townhouses and $440 for houses (please note that this includes a fresh linen rotation). Extra charges may apply if extra linen or cleaning is booked after check-in.

Internet Fee
Charged on all bookings for all stays, regardless of the number of nights.  Please note:  If the internet does not work due to a technical fault, we will refund this fee.

$5.50 Per Night

Linen Fee
Hotel grade linen will be provided and charged on all bookings, unless advised at the time of booking. This includes all bedding, internal towels, bath mats etc. We suggest that you bring your own beach towels. The total cost of linen per stay is dependent on the bedding configuration of the property. Extra beds or linen can be added where available and on request at an additional cost.

Baby Equipment Hire
Includes High Chair, Portable Cot. We work with Rock-A-By-Baby for all baby equipment hire. Rate depends on length of stay and equipment hired.

Utility Fees
Charged on all bookings.  Pricing may vary based on the length of stay.

Parking Permits
Where on-street parking permits are available and requested at the time of booking. A $250 security deposit will apply, which will be refunded upon return of the permit.   A $10 late fee is charged for every day a parking permit is not returned following check-out.

Booking Extension / Amendment fee
This administration fee is charged for extensions or booking amendments. Any difference in the total cost of the stay due to any amendment or extension is also payable. This fee is non-refundable if the booking or extension is cancelled.

Early Check-Out / Late Check-Out
Check-in is 3:00 pm and check out is 9:30 am. Please contact us 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if you would like to request an early check-in (before 9:30 am) or late check-out (until noon).  

$110.00 Per Request

Pet Surcharge
A pet surcharge applies to bookings where a pet is authorised by us in writing to stay in the property. An additional cleaning fee of $110 applies, plus any professional carpet/upholstery steam cleaning, which is charged to the guest. The first step to a pet-friendly experience is to fill out our Pet Application Form.

Concierge Services
We offer a wide range of services to enhance your stay i.e. Child Minding, Tours, Airport Transfers, Guides, Private Chefs, Car Hire etc.  Prices vary dependant on the brief.  For more information on concierge please click on Concierge.

Call Out Fee / Item recovery
If keys or guest items are left in the property, a $55 retrieval fee applies. Labour request (e.g. staff leave office and go to property) may also apply for other reasons.

Goods Purchased
Shopping (pick, pack & delivery).

  • A 2.5% credit card processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. A 3.5% fee may apply for international card transactions.
  • Guests are responsible for all bank fees and charges if payment made by direct deposit.
  • A $55 processing fee applies for credit card reprocessing and/or for refunds into domestic bank accounts.
  • A $110 charge applies for refunds into international bank refunds.
  • Where there is any conflict in a rate in any other part of our website, the rate published on this page will apply.
