The hire fee generally includes exclusive access to the property for the agreed time, utilities, and use of approved spaces. Additional costs may apply for cleaning, security, or extended hours. A security deposit and insurance may also be required.

Yes. All commercial hires (including filming, photography, and brand activations) must provide proof of public liability insurance. If you don’t have coverage, we can refer you to a trusted provider.

Absolutely. Most properties can accommodate crews, equipment, and staging setups — provided this is discussed in advance. We’ll help coordinate access, bump-in/out times, and parking where possible.

Each property has its own guidelines, but in general, respectful use is required. Activities that risk damaging the property or disturbing neighbours (e.g. loud music, large gatherings without notice) may not be permitted. We’ll clarify all terms before your booking is confirmed.
