By making this booking, you agree to the full booking <a href=/terms-conditions/ target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>terms and conditions</a> and the <a href=/code-of-conduct/ target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>Short-Term Rental Code of Conduct</a>. Important things to know before you book: <h3 id=”booking-policy”>Booking Policy</h3> All bookings (and extensions) are on request and not confirmed until payment is taken and we confirm your reservation in writing. A credit card is required for the Booking Deposit to confirm your reservation, and the Security Deposit (credit card fees apply). Pricing may change without notice and is valid at the time payment is taken. Book more than 30 days before arrival: <ol> <li>Pay a booking deposit of 10% of the accommodation and a booking fee to secure the booking (non-refundable).</li> <li>40% of the accommodation is due 48 hours after the booking is confirmed.</li> <li>For bookings arriving between 1 December – 31 January, the balance is payable 60 days prior to check in. For all other bookings, the balance is payable 30 days prior to check in. This includes the accommodation balance, all fees, and refundable security deposit.</li> </ol> Book 30 days or less before arrival: <ol> <li>Pay a booking deposit of 10% of the accommodation and a booking fee to secure the booking (non-refundable).</li> <li>Pay the balance 48 hours after the booking is confirmed. This includes the accommodation balance, all fees and a refundable security deposit.</li> </ol> Payments may be made by credit card or direct deposit, however all deposits (booking and security deposits) must be paid by credit card. Payments made by credit card will be charged a processing fee. Late payment fees may also apply, or your booking cancelled, if payment is not received on time. <h3 id=”cancellation-policy”>Cancellation Policy</h3> If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your booking request, you will receive a refund of monies paid, less the booking deposit, booking fee and credit card fee. The booking deposit, booking fee and credit card fee are non-refundable. After 48 hours, the following cancellation terms apply to the whole or part of the trip (including any reduction in nights booked). For bookings with a check-in date from 1st February to 30th November: <ol> <li>If you cancel up to 60 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund of accommodation paid. <li>Between 59-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of accommodation paid.</li> <li>Within 30 days of arrival, your entire booking value is non-refundable, except the security deposit.</li> </ol> For bookings with a check-in date from 1 December to 31 January (Peak Season): <ol> <li>If you cancel up to 90 days prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund of accommodation paid. <li>Between 89-60 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of accommodation paid.</li> <li>Within 30 days of arrival, your entire booking value is non-refundable, expect the security deposit.</li> </ol> From the check-in date, if the booking is cancelled, including amendments where the total stay is reduced, there is no refund on any monies paid, except the security deposit. Any refund on the security deposit is returned according to our <a href=/terms-conditions/ target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>terms and conditions</a>. Pets, private parties, functions and weddings are strictly prohibited without explicit advance written permission. Additional fees and charges may apply to your booking, including loadings for Sunday and public holidays arrivals/departures and other fees, depending on the services you request.
