Interim Cleaning Details:

  • If the cleaners arrive and nobody is at home, the cleaners will access the property themselves and commence work (i.e.. it is assumed that by confirming the cleaning you are providing us approval to enter the property to do the work

 

  • Cleaning will be subject to availability.  We are unable to guarantee that a confirmed clean will be executed at the exact time and date that it has been scheduled for (i.e.. availability can be challenging during high peak demand times).  

 

  • This service (interim clean) is a standard clean of the property. We reserve to charge additional fees and charges for excessive amount of work that is required or requested at a rate of $44.00 per/hour per plus GST.

 

  • If you're not going to be at home, please provide a list of particular areas of attention that you would like the cleaners the cleaners to prioritize or focus on.

 

  • Kindly put your personal belongings away for the cleaners.   By tidying up personal clutter, the housekeepers can naturally focus on cleaning vs tidying in their allocated time.

 

  • We suggest to schedule the cleaning while most of the people are not at home so that it can be executed quickly and effectively.  Importantly, we do recommend for someone to remain at home when the cleaning is being done so that the job is completed to your satisfaction.

 

  • If the property is not cleaned to an acceptable standard for your arrival, you should advise us within 2 hours of arrival and the issue will be resolved within 48 hours of being notified or as agreed.

 

  • We reserve the right to either charge your nominated credit card at the time of the cleaning or deduct your security deposit upon exiting the property.

 

  • For long-stay bookings (13 nights or more) the property will be cleaned (at the minimum hourly rate) and all linen changed (per bed fee) at an agreed time within each 14 day period to minimize disruption.

 

  • If a mid-stay clean is canceled by a guest, we require 48 hours’ notice to avoid a minimum 3 hour call out fee or if a mid-term clean is required we require at least 2 working days’ notice to be able to roster and execute it.  If it is canceled at the time in which the cleaners arrive to start the job the total fee will be charged.

 

  • Penalty rates may apply when cleaning is required for a same day changeover on a public holiday or Sunday.  Please note on these dates if we are unable to attend to the property the next available non penalty rate day if we are unable to get to the property due to high workload.

 

  • Cleaning is supplied by an external company and if rates are adjusted these costs will be passed onto the guest.
