  • The apartment as its located on the top floor, is exposed occasionally to high winds. That doesnt affect your stay, however, for safety reasons you cant leave any furniture, chairs or BBQ outside exposed at the entertainers deck.

  • You may put the chairs and tables outside, while you are there enjoying the space, but once finished, you need to put everything back inside so we do not cause any accidents from furniture or any sort of equipment blown away by high winds.

  • There is a shady system that you can put down and protect the house by direct sun on level 7, that you can operate easily and is attached to the metal clips and wiring attached to level 7 balcony
