  • What is Shorter Term?

    Contrary to perception, shorter-term is providing accommodation to people on a shorter term contract. We set a minimum stay requirement and stays vary from a couple months to a couple weeks? We try and get an optimum mix.

  • How do you manage risk?

    All guests must provide extensive identification as well as provide their credit card details. In addition, we take a sizable security deposit and attain approval on a rental contract including extensive terms and conditions. We are also fully insured.
  • What about linen/cleaning?

    We provide linen to customers at an additional cost to the guest and all guests pay for exit cleaning fees to prepare the property for the next guest. We do ask owners to invest in y for thorough spring cleans a year.
  • Can I use my property when I visit or when I have friends/family that come?

    Absolutely all we ask is that you provide us plenty of notice and ask them to contact us and book/reserve through us so we can properly manage the tenancy.

  • What happens if something goes wrong?

    We have an extensive partnerships with highly qualified and insured trades people. We do request your pre-approval to do any emergency work up to $1000. Importantly if it is not-urgent we will always contact you to gain your approval or feedback before deploying or directing any work.
