  • The kitchen is an original 1970s kitchen so although charming has a few drawers that are sticky, and cupboard doors that dont close properly.

  • The washing and dryer are located outside.

  • The backyard can be challenging in heels given the number of stairs and unevenness of the pavers.

  • There is an old ocean pool at the front of the property but don't attempt to swim in it given the oysters.
